2017 of Bollywood has started now. Screening of Kaabil and Raees on the same day is going to be a wondrous day for fans of Hrithik Roshan and Shahrukh Khan. Today is the day of stars’ Dangal. Conflicts between Hrithik and Shahrukh had started to ping out when the screening day of both movies clashed. According to the media reports, Rakesh Roshan, father of Hrithik and producer of Kaabil also requested Shahrukh Khan to change the date of his movie, Raees. But, after months of waiting for both of them has been screened universally.
Raees, movie on a criminal drug peddler and a Gujarati mastermind while Kaabil is a love story of two blind couple and their struggle. One has got Sunny Leone as a new Helen for old-remix song ‘ Laila man Laila’ and Kaabil has Urvashi Rautel’s hot shot song, Haseeno ka Deewana. Raees has Shahrukh’s great fan following but Hrithik’s never seen before the character has got movie back with fair glowing Yami Gautam.
Review of Raees
Raees is out today and the Cine-lovers who went to watch Srk’s Raees simply can’t hold their nerves on Twitter. “The movie is a sure shot blockbuster,” says a tweet while another confirms that “Raees is high on action.”
The Movie Raees is set in Gujarat and centers on a liquor baron, Raees Alam, who operates with an undaunted spirit. Raees marks the Bollywood debut of Mahira Khan, the Pakistani star. Mahira features as Raees Alam’s wife in the film. Sunny Leone features in a special song Laila O Laila, which is a reprised version of Zeenat Aman’s hit song from Qurbani.
Srk’s film gives you reasons to hold your horses and see the entire movie. Throughout the film, Raees’ mother’s advice is repeated: there is no religion above work, do whatever work you want as long as you don’t harm innocent people and the famous one ‘No work is too small’.
Entirely raees is a cat and mouse chase between Srk and Nawazuddin Siddiqui which is one of the highlights of the film. Shah Rukh is coming back with what we expect him to do the best! Do Miss the Film Must Watch in Theaters. Zeeshan and Mahira’s performance did leave an impression. The film is having some very strong dialogues which can take you into the situation, few of them are, there is no religion above work, do whatever work you want as long as you don’t harm innocent people and the famous one ‘No work is too small’.
Review of Kaabil
A film which gives Hrithik every opportunity to regain the lost ground. Kaabil depicts a love affair between two visually impaired people. Hrithik Roshan is a delight to watch. He overdoes some bits but is mostly believable. Yami Gautam, on her part, is passable.
Kaabil begins with Rohan Bhatnagar (Hrithik) accepting a meeting with Supriya (Yami), a match fixed by a common friend. They date, dance, wearing heels because they ‘sound good’ (yes, for real) and everything in between and they tie the knot. Enter Amit, the quintessential neighborhood bad boy with a politician big brother (Ronit Roy) and Wasim, the mandatory sidekick. The two keep teasing this ‘andha-andhi‘ because it gives them a kick. And it takes a tragic turn.
The film has some loopholes like few scene are extremely stretched out, the songs hardly make a mark except Mon Amour, where you get to see Hrithik displaying his enviable dance moves.
